where do i log into my wireless network on an ibm thinkpad (windows 2000)? Where do i type in my password?
I set up a home wireless network and had my ibm laptop hooked up and automatically login with the password (saved the password and network name). However I had to reset the password and now it wont connect. It recognizes the wireless connection and shows that it is receiving, it just wont connect. Where do I go to change the password on the laptop?
What type of router?
Are you using a WEP key or some sort of authentication to get on the network, or are you talking about the password to modify router settings?
If you have a linksys (some other brands do this too), type 192.168.1.1 in your internet browser. Try admin/admin as the login and password if you get a box telling you to login. If all this has gone down, check your wireless security settings.
