the power button on the tower of my dell computer is a constant orange. what happened?
so it was working fine when i first started up the computer. then my computer froze. so i turned it off and turned it back on again. then the ppower button on the tower is now a constant orange, and it freezes here and there. how do i solve this problem? all my business files are on this computer. (dell computer by the way.) please help!!
This sounds like the motherboard is dieing, I would if you have support contract with Dell, email, chat or call them. Let them run you through there protocal of check this and this. I have had this happen twince now with 2 different pc's.
